Refund & Return Policy

At Morally Gray Coffee, we take pride in the quality and freshness of every order. Because coffee is a perishable food product, our refund policy is structured to meet food-safety standards while ensuring fair resolution for our customers.

Coffee & Perishable Products

All coffee, tea, and other consumable items are non-returnable once shipped due to their perishable nature.

However, we will provide a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains an incorrect item

  • Is defective or compromised upon delivery

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved refunds or replacements will be issued promptly to the original payment method.

Non-Perishable Merchandise

Non-consumable items (such as mugs, apparel, or accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
